ATPT Chapter 37"Austin!"  Came a yell through Austin's door, "AUSTIN!"  Half awake, Austin stumbled out of bed and answered the door; it was his little brother Lance.  "Whadaya want, tiny?" Austin asked his younger sibling.  Lance looked at his brother, slightly irritated, "Wake up man, it's past noon.  Professor Oak says he needs to see you down at the lab."   
"Huh," Austin said, "Professor Oak wants to se me?"  Austin went back into his room and got dressed, then headed to the Professor's lab.  Austin walked inside the lab and greeted the professor with a "What's up Professor ATPT Chapter 37

ATPT Chapter 36Austin stood there in a deep confusion, "I…. I would be?" he asked, "I just went through all four of you, doesn't that make me the champion?!"  Lance patted Austin on the shoulder, "you've done very well, and at such a young age as well!  I will heal all of your Pokémon for you, and then you must fight the current reigning champion if you wish to take their place."  Tension was building for Austin, the Champion?  There was someone even stronger than Lance, and now he had to fight them?!"  Austin took his Pokéballs back from Lance and headed into the next room.

ATPT Chapter 35Austin walked into the last hall way of the Elite Four, rested his Pokémon a bit with some of the medicine he’s found before.  As he prepared himself for this last fight it hit him, he’s gone all the way with the Pokémon he’d trained so hard, he couldn’t believe it. ‘If I defeat this last trainer,’ he thought, ‘I’ll be champion!’  When all this sank in Austin got a bit nervous, what if he couldn’t do it, what would become of him after win or lose?  It didn’t matter, he’d come too far to ask such questions, he had to walk ahead and see what was ATPT Chapter 35

FINALLY! March 8, 2008 until October 17, 2009. There was no reason it should have taken that long. I must admit, I'm not as happy as I should be, part one feels kind of bland, but it holds a special place in my heart, everything began right here. Now I see where I can improve in my next part where my friends Warren and Brian debut. So if you read please join me as I begin Austin the Pokemon Trainer part 2, Austin goes West.
