Well everyone, just as I had done more than one year ago I think it's time for me to tell my tale of Ohayocon '09! My first day... wow... it kinda sucked, I didn't sleep very well, then followed a friend to the convention center, that was a pain.... we got lost... a lot. We get there (after being lost over an hour!), get checked into our hotel, go to the con, sign in, it's roughly 11:30, no panels and the dealer's room didn't open until 1 (turns out 2 unless you preregistered, what a freaking rip!) After all this bs though, things really took off!

Dealer's room this year turned out to be a wonderful thing for my video game collection, a new Dreamcast controller, 4 games (Sonic Adventure, Jet Grind Radio, Chu Chu Rocket and Space Chanel 5) all of which still in their factory seal. Two PS1 games (Legend of the Dragoon and Chrono Cross) and possibly the crowning achievement of this year, a Neo Geo. To cap off my first day of Video Game love, my first panel, all about Metal Gear.

Day two, now coming from someone who isn't a huge fan of FMA this may come as quite a shock to hear with such excitement, it was a very Vic Mignogna filled day. I went to his Q and A, then his concert, which was fantastic and finally a nice autograph session, bought his CD's got a picture and his autograph, easily the best day of the three.

Sunday was.... Sunday, things were winding down, only a few really good cosplays and picking up some final trinkets. All in all it was a good day, though I only got to start one part of a small program, people I meet there every year I want their myspace, facebook, dA, whatever, I just want to keep in contact with my new friends as much as I can, my first one was my pal Jon, who was cosplaying Drebin this year.

Well, it's not a great retelling, but I'd like to think this year had moments making it even better than last year ^^ Here's to 2010!
